IBM Corporation sponsored the report and webcast as part of its industry marketing efforts. The report generated five times more click-throughs than IBM's other marketing offers, making this project into an extraordinary lead generation effort.

Technology in Distribution: Trends and Future Challenges Sponsor: Lawson Software
Lawson partnered with Dr. Fein to survey North American distribution companies on their technology outlook for 2009. The research paper is used by Lawson as part of its new customer acquisition marketing program.

This project identifies future trends and strategic practices of wholesale distribution companies within multiple supply chains. The NAW's Institute for Distribution Excellence sells the research findings as a four-color, 170 page book written by Dr. Fein. The book generated more revenue than any other NAW Institute publication during the year it was released.
