This project identifies future trends and strategic practices of wholesale
distribution companies within multiple supply chains. The NAW's Institute for
Distribution Excellence sells the research findings as a four-color, 170 page book written by Dr. Fein.
The book generated more revenue than any other NAW Institute publication during
the year it was released.
